Whether you're planning a weekend celebration, a single-day gathering, or an intimate elopement, each option includes thoughtful details and warm hospitality, helping you focus on the moments that matter most.

Included in Every Package

No matter the size of your celebration, every wedding includes:

  • Ceremony and reception setup and take down

  • String lights throughout the venue

  • Tables, chairs, and linens (white or black) for up to 125 guests, plus four high-top cocktail tables

  • Sweetheart, cake, and gift tables

  • Multiple ceremony arbors to choose from

  • Access to the Something Borrowed Closet

  • Bridal Suite with private bathroom, vanities, cozy seating, full-length mirror, mini refrigerator, and private patio

  • Groom’s Room with leather seating, full-length mirror, mini refrigerator, private patio, smart TV, and video games

  • Prep Kitchen for your caterer, including warmer, freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, prep table, and microwave

  • Indoor barn ceremony option and use of the outdoor fireplace

  • Four galvanized metal beverage tubs for non-alcoholic drinks

  • Yard games including two sets of cornhole, Yardzee, and ring toss

  • Portable Bluetooth speaker with two microphones

  • Photo opportunities across our 70-acre farm, including the riverfront and nature trail

  • Use of the property for engagement pictures and bridal portraits (by appointment)

  • Facility manager on site, plus parking attendant and golf cart shuttle

Wonderful Weekend

The ultimate stress-free wedding experience.

Cherished Moments

The most popular choice for a full-day wedding.​

  • Up to 12 hours of exclusive access

  • Choice of four ceremony locations: River Overlook, Front Lawn, The Chimney, or The Barn

  • Indoor or outdoor reception spaces

  • Includes Professional Day-of Coordinator

Ideal for couples who want a beautiful, customizable day that flows seamlessly.

Package Cost: Monday-Thursday - $4,250; Friday or Sunday - $4,850; Saturday - $5,250

Simply Heartfelt

An intimate gathering with all the charm.

  • Up to 50 guests

  • 12 hours of access (Sunday–Friday)

  • Indoor or outdoor ceremony and reception

  • Includes Professional Day-of Coordinator

A perfect fit for couples who prefer a smaller guest list without sacrificing atmosphere.

Package Cost: Monday-Thursday - $3,350; Friday or Sunday - $3,950

Elopement Package

A beautifully simple “just us” celebration.

  • Up to 10 guests

  • 3 hours of access (Sunday–Thursday)

  • Use of the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room

  • Ceremony site setup + 4 high-top tables for cake/dessert

  • Choice of 6 ceremony locations (5 outdoor, 1 indoor)

For couples who want intimacy, elegance, and ease.

Optional Add-Ons

Customize your day with these extras:​

  • Additional time onsite – $375 (for 3 hours to be used for hair/makeup or decorating)

  • Fire pit for s’mores – $95 (staffed by McEachin Farm)

  • Patio heaters – $60 each (propane included)

  • 30' x 30' white event tent – $700

  • 40’ x 60’ white event tent – $2,500

  • $17.50 per guest over 125
