The rental fee includes exclusive use of the barn and surrounding grounds on your event day. We provide tables, chairs, and linens (in white or black) for up to 125 guests, as well as high-top rounds, special-use tables, arbors, setup and takedown of tables/chairs/arbors, and access to our décor closet and a professional day of coordinator. You’ll also have use of the Bridal Suite, Groom’s Room, and a prep kitchen for your caterer. Please note: catering, flowers, photography, DJs, and other outside services are not included.

Our barn comfortably seats up to 125 guests inside for receptions. For larger ceremonies, please contact us.

Yes — the barn has both air conditioning and heat, keeping your guests comfortable year-round.

We offer three outdoor ceremony locations, each with its own charm and character.
