What is included in the rental fee?

  • The rental fee includes the exclusive use of the barn and surrounding grounds the day of your event. Ceremony and reception chairs & tables, linens (white/black) for up to 150 guests, high top round tables, special use tables, arbors (several to choose from), set up/take down of table chairs and arbors, access to the decoration closet, bridal suite with private bathroom, groom's room, and prep kitchen for caterer. We do not include catering, flowers, photography, DJ, etc.

How many guests can McEachin Farm accommodate?

  • We can accommodate 150 guests comfortably inside the reception area.

Is the reception space climate controlled?

  • The reception space has both air conditioning and heat.

Is there a Bridal Suite and Groom's room to get ready in?

  • Yes! There is a bridal suite and groom's room for use the day of the wedding.

How many options are there for outdoor weddings?

  • There are 3 locations where your outdoor ceremony can take place.

What if there is inclement weather?

  • The ceremony can be held inside the climate-controlled barn for up to 150 guests.

Can I use my own vendors or do you have a preferred list of vendors?

  • We have not partnered with any vendors. You may use whomever you would like as long as they are licensed and insured.

Can this venue be used for events other than weddings?

  • Yes, McEachin Farm is a versatile venue that can be used for a variety of events such as corporate events, family reunions, birthday parties, and more.
